To live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy.
Our school anthem
Many voices. One future.
A celebration of learning, courage, unity and the bright future we build together.
Knowledge is Power
Verse 1 · English
We rise with pride each morning light,
With minds prepared to seek what's right.
Together we build a future strong,
In learning we all belong.
Verse 2 · Afrikaans
Masiphathisane - trots en vry,
Kennis is krag, ons staan verby.
Met hoop en drome elke dag,
Leer ons saam met moed en mag.
Verse 3 · isiXhosa
Sihlakaniphile ngolwazi,
Sisebenza kunye ngobuqaqawuli.
Ikamva lethu likhanya ngelanga,
Masifunde, siphile ngentlanga.
Final refrain · Together
Masiphathisane, hearts held high,
Kennis is krag - sifunda sonke.
Knowledge is power - shine our way,
Unity, strength - today and always.
What guides us
Purpose that lives beyond the school day.
Our vision and mission shape a learning environment built on love, knowledge, leadership and legacy.
To develop young leaders, one child at a time.
Welcome to Masiphathisane
A school at the heart of its community.
Education is more than the classroom. It is the care, curiosity and shared responsibility that help every child feel ready to learn and confident enough to lead.
Learning with purpose
Every question matters. Every new skill is a step forward. Knowledge opens possibilities for children, families and the community.
Stronger, together
Learners, families, teachers and supporters all have a role to play. We move forward by working together.
Proud of who we are
A Vredenburg school serving its community with a shared place to learn, belong, grow and build a brighter future.
